Bought in 2007, there were approximately 12.5 acres of undeveloped land located on Henry Tecklenburg Drive, less than 1/4 mile from Roper St. Francis Hospital. We have sold off to vertical developers all but the last 4 acres, which are currently under contract to close in 2022.
