Developed in partnership with Flyway Development, the Refinery at 1640 Meeting Street Road in Charleston, SC is a contemporary mixed-use campus centered around a striking outdoor amphitheater and surrounded by flexible creative, retail, and event spaces. The property blends industrial architecture with modern design—featuring a covered performance stage, terraced lawn, and repurposed elements like shipping-container structures and a vintage railcar—creating a vibrant hub for live music, food and beverage, community gatherings, and private events. In addition to the amphitheater, the building includes indoor lounges, rooftop and terrace spaces, offices, and artist-driven environments, all arranged on a compact but thoughtfully activated site that functions as both a cultural venue and a destination for creative industries in the rapidly evolving upper peninsula of Charleston.
